Work Placements Officer

This is an integral position within the organization and requires a person with a positive attitude, social skills, and someone who is ready to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Typical tasks include

  • Analysis of CV and management of entire application process;
  • Search for suitable internship positions for applicants;
  • Monitoring and follow up;
  • Analysis of project documents and organization of suitable professional visits and seminars;
  • Preparation and execution of job interviews; 
  • Building relationships with partners;
  • Search for new cooperation partners and support of the existing ones.

To be considered, candidates should:

  • Have experience in a similar position;
  • Have a good communication strength;
  • Be reliable and independent working;
  • Be flexible and have team spirit;
  • Have good organizational capacity;
  • Have an advanced level of German.
